Hi Brian,

I am pleased that Fabrice will be able to attend. Really, that is an unexpected surprise. I guess we can talk about the next meeting location tomorrow and see where that leads. Could you establish the WebEx, and I'll distribute? Yours seems to work much better off-site than mine.

Thanks,
                    Pete

Hello Peter,

I feel very sorry for the late answer but I was out of the office for Annual leave.
I can finally to confirm that I will attend the meeting in Annapolis next week.

Regarding the following meeting, we would be pleased to host it in Toulouse at Airbus facilities but the current target dates (29th Feb to 3rd March) are not possible for the organisation. I suggest we discuss next week the possibilities to adjust the dates of the meeting to make it convenient for every one

See you in annaoplis
Best regards

Fabrice

Hello Fabrice,

I hope this letter finds you well. Pursuant to the email chain below, the Aeronautical Databases (ADB) Subcommittee has completed Supplement 3 to ARINC Specification 816: Embedded Interchange Format for Airport Mapping Database. This was approved by the Executive Committee at the Mid-Term General Session in September and will be published by year end.
Our next face to face meeting will be held December 1-3, 2015 in Annapolis, MD and will be focused on ARINC Project Paper 815: Embedded Interchange Format for Terrain and Obstacles.
Will you be able to attend this meeting? The subcommittee welcomes your input and we believe the completed specification will be much better with Airbus input.
As you may know, we typically alternate between the US and Europe for these meetings, so our next one should be in Europe. We are targeting the dates of February 29th to March 3rd for that- are those dates suitable for you? Could you possibly host that meeting? Thales hosted the last European one, and Jeppesen that last two before that. Please let me know, and I look forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
                          Peter

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your email.

As you may know, Airbus is now represented by Fabrice PEREZ (in copy of this email) for ARINC 814-815-816 meetings, which is why I no longer attend those.

(I still represent Airbus for DO 272-276-291 discussions though.)

Best regards
Thomas

Hello Thomas,

I hope this letter finds you well. We have missed you on the last few conference calls. We welcome you input, and believe the completed work would be much better with your contribution. The committee has completed Supplement 3 to ARINC Specification 816: Embedded Interchange Format for Airport Mapping Database, and will now focus on completing ARINC Project Paper 815: Embedded Interchange Format for Terrain and Obstacles.
Our next face to face meeting will be held December 1-3, 2015 in Annapolis, MD. I have not seen your name on the preregistration list- were you planning to attend? As you may know, we typically alternate between the US and Europe for these meetings, so our next one should be in Europe. We are targeting the dates of February 29th to March 3rd for that- are those dates suitable for you? Please let me know, and I look forward to your reply.
