Hello All,

  The Annapolis face to face meeting planned for November 17-19, 2015 will be changed to December 1-3, 2015 (meeting notice to be distributed separately).  We are correspondingly rescheduling the preparatory WebEx from October 27, 2015 to November 12, 2015.  The purpose of this call is to continue development of ARINC Project Paper 815: Embedded Interchange Format for Terrain and Obstacle Databases.  The revised information is listed below, and I look forward to speaking with you all again then.
