I hope this email finds you well. This is a friendly reminder that the AEEC | AMC conference is just 25 days away! If you haven't registered yet, please do so now. The registration cut-off is April 27, and that date is just around the corner!

Please remember that hotel reservations should be made directly with the conference hotel. While there are other hotels in the area, all participants are asked to make their accommodations with the conference venue. This is critical to the overall success and continued format of the conference. The conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Seattle, with a rate of $239 USD plus applicable state and local taxes. Note that the cut-off date for the hotel reservations is April 18, 2025.
