Dear Satcom Experts:

On the request of Iridium and Airbus, today’s End-to-End Satcom Security web conference has been cancelled.
The next security session will take place after Iridium Certus terminal development decisions, in support of AMS(R)S services, are made.

Please note there is an AGCS Subcommittee Web Conference scheduled for Thursday, August 24th (The invitation is at the end of this email transmittal).
During the August 24th conference the A771 S1 strawman will be further developed, including:


  *   Satcom MIBs
  *   Rockwell Collins Strawman comments will be discussed
  *   Dual SDU Satcom/SDU Switching
     *   Honeywell’s (France) comments will be discussed
  *   Antenna Specification
     *   Which footprints will be included in A771

     *   Cobham proposal (Helga)
     *   L3T proposal (To be provided)
     *   Boeing (IGA based footprint)
     *   Thales GNSS/TCAS-like Antenna

  *   Antenna Type

     *   Categorize antenna by gain (i.e., Low Gain, Active Low Gain, High Gain) or
     *   Categorize antenna by footprint (dimensions, hole pattern)

  *   Expand Iridium Services Definition

     *   How to distinguish between the two 200 and 350 Service Classes
