Dear IPS Subcommittee participant and other interested parties:

Rockwell Collins has prepared draft version 2 of the IPS Gateway ICD for your review and comment. This document will be used in the preparation of ARINC Project Paper 858, IPS Technical Requirements. Some elements of this document may be used in associated ATN/IPS technical documents prepared by ICAO, RTCA, EUROCAE, etc. Comments may be sent to Ron Dlouhy of Rockwell Collins before April 30 -- ron.dlouhy at rockwellcollins.com.

Initial review will take place at the next IPS web conference to be held Weds, May 2, starting at 0800PDT, 1100EDT, 1700CET. Details provided below.

Discussion will continue in Toulouse at the Internet Protocol Suite (IPS) Subcommittee meeting to be held June 19-21, 2018 at the Rockwell Collins facility in Toulouse. Please make plans to attend both meetings.

Hi Paul,

Attached is release of draft version 2 of the IPS Gateway ICD for review and consideration by the AEEC IPS committee.  The document has been updated for comments received and as a result of our work on an industry demonstration.  This should still be considered a work in progress as there are areas that will need further expansion.
