[Jose Godoy]

Dear All,

I am sorry to inform that Robert "Bob" Neel has passed away.
Bob was very special to ARINC Industry Activities. He served as the Chairman of the AEEC SATCOM and AGCS Subcommittee from Feb 2005 until Jan 2010.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Bob's family.
