Dear L-Band Satellite Communications (satcom) Experts:
The next AEEC AGCS Subcommittee online meeting is scheduled for August 24, 2022. The meeting will commence at 10:00 AM Eastern USA Time.
Below please find the Microsoft Meeting Invitation.
Attached, please find:

  *   Draft APIM for ARINC Characteristic 771-2/-3 and ARINC Characteristic 781-9
  *   AGCS Subcommittee Meeting - Intro Slides
Note:

  1.  Agenda will be provided as we get closer to the meeting date
  2.  Agenda Topics will include:
     *   Review of June 28th Meeting Report. The report is available on the ARINC IA Store, (free of charge to Members/Associate Members)
     *   Review and Update of draft APIM for Supplements 2/3 and Supplement Characteristic 9 to ARINC Characteristic 781

                                                               i.      Minor update/corrections to ARINC 429 Labels and Bite (ARINC 771-2)

                                                             ii.      Add IPS Radio Interface Guidance (ARINC 771-3 and ARINC 781-9)

                                                           iii.      Expand dual and dual dissimilar Satcom operation (ARINC 771-3 and ARINC 781-9)

                                                           iv.      Add ELGA to GNSS isolation (ARINC 781-9)

     *   Ligado ATCt services and status on base station deployment
The following two items were presented at the June 28th Meeting, and will only be discussed if there is new information:

     *   Status/availability of Cobham DLNAs (designed to protect ARINC 781 satcom equipment (i.e., for Inmarsat Classic Aero satcom).

                                               i.     It provides protection against ATCt/Ligado and LTE

     *   Status/availability of Honeywell DLNAs (designed to protect ARINC 781 satcom equipment (i.e., for Inmarsat Classic Aero and SBB satcom).

                                               i.     It provides protection against ATCt/Ligado and LTE
