Attached is the latest draft version of PP858 Part 3 (d0-04) for review during Meeting 23.  Both CLEAN and REDLINE versions are provided.  These files are posted on the AEEC IPS Teams site as well.
This draft version includes some minor restructuring to address feedback received regarding material organization and readability - temporary text in Section 1 summarizes the restructuring.  Airbus, Airtel, and Thales provided feedback on the prior version.  Airtel provided their comments in the document, and Airbus and Thales provided comments using the comment form, which are attached with initial responses/dispositions.
Many thanks to the Honeywell-Brno team of Zdenek and Michal for their significant contributions to this document, and many thanks to the reviewers for their thoughtful feedback.

Thank you for distributing this information to the AEEC IPS participants.
