Attached is the latest draft version of PP858 Part 3 (d1-01) for review during Meeting 25 - this file is also posted on the AEEC IPS Teams site.   This version started with the public DRAFT1 document, and the only redline change is the addition of a new Section A-2.2 in Appendix A (non-normative material) to address a comment that was captured in Section 4.5.
