[Air_Ground] AGCS Teams Meeting - IPS Inputs to A781 D3S9

Dear Air-Ground Communications (L-Band satcom) experts,

You are invited to attend the following AEEC AGCS Subcommittee Meeting, scheduled for next Tuesday, February 5, 2024 (Meeting starts at 1000 Eastern USA time/1600 Central European Time).

During the meeting, IPS inputs to Supplement 9 to ARINC Characteristic 781 will be reviewed.

The goal is to produce a mature draft of Supplement 9 to ARINC Characteristic 781 (and if feasible also of Supplement 3 to ARINC Characteristic 771) by March 25, 2024, so it/they may be submitted for industry review prior to adoption consideration at the 2024 AEEC General Session.

Attached, please find the Draft 3 of Supplement 9 to ARINC Characteristic 781.
