[Announce] AEEC Mid-Term Session and SAI Subcommittee meeting in Toulouse

Dear Aviation Professional:

ARINC is pleased to announce the AEEC Mid-Term Session and the SAI Subcommittee meeting taking place October 11-14, 2016 in Toulouse, France.

Thales will host the SAI Subcommittee meeting at their facility on October 11-12.

Rockwell Collins will host the AEEC Mid-Term Session at their facility on October 13-14.

Hotels are available in Toulouse that are convenient to both venues.

SECURITY is an important for entry into each facility. Please note that the requirement is the same for both Thales and Rockwell Collins - You MUST send a copy of your passport photo page to the POC at each respective company. Please do so before September 23.

Details are attached. I hope that you will add both meetings to your calendar. The agendas will be available 1 week before the meetings.
