[Announce] Invitation to the AEEC Mid-Term Session in London

On behalf of the AEEC Executive Committee, I am pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming AEEC Mid-Term Session to be held October 18-19, 2018 at the Boeing UK offices in central London. The meeting will be preceded by the SAI Subcommittee meeting on October 16-17.


  *   The AEEC Mid-Term Session will review AEEC project activity, adopt new ARINC Standards, and approve new work for 2019. Participants from the air transport industry with an interest are invited to attend and make suggestions regarding the ARINC Standards.


  *   The Systems Architecture and Interfaces (SAI) Subcommittee will prepare avionics system-level guidance for new airplanes and major retrofit programs. It will discuss new distributed radio architectures for Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) equipment.


  *   Details are attached. Those wishing to have a place on the SAI agenda are invited to contact me by September 28.
