Below please find the agenda for today’s conference call.

The Single European Sky (SES) Data Link Services (DLS) Implementation Rule has been overwhelmed with excessive provider aborts, and other nuisance ATN delays and disconnects. The European Laboratory for Structural Assessment (ELSA) project gathered a group of stakeholders that through flight test, analysis and simulations have identified a number of ATN VDLM2 network, ground station, and avionics equipment recommendations.

The main goal of the conference call is to review the recently released European Laboratory for Structural Assessment (ELSA) Report and begin discussions on how to standardize the report’s recommendations.

Rockwell Collins will present a draft APIM for Supplement 4 to ARINC Characteristic 758-4; proposes adding ACARS-over-IP (and IPS) Ethernet interfaces to the CMU. See attached APIM.

The Boeing Company will also present proposed changes to APIM 10-013B: ARINC Specification 631-7 (ARINC VDLM2 Standard). See attached APIM.
