[ASDM] ASDM Meeting Announcement

Hi all:
The meeting announcement for the next ASDM meeting, scheduled for November 10 to 12, has been posted at http://www.aviation-ia.com/events/AsdmAnnounce.pdf. Please book your accommodations as soon as possible while there are rooms at the corporate rate. Standard rates are quite a bit higher. There is additional information provided by Nigel to make booking your room easier:

Accommodations can be booked at the hotel website (http://hiltongardeninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels/california/hilton-garden-inn-irvine-east-lake-forest-SNAIRGI/index.html) by using the Panasonic Corporate code, N0798553. Because it is specific to Panasonic, it has to be entered into the Corporate Account number field (not the Group or Event Code field).

In case anyone experiences any problems booking a room at the Panasonic Corporate rate of $138 + tax at the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) in Foothill Ranch, there are two other very local hotels that offer even better Panasonic Corporate Rates.

The only way to book these is to call the hotel, and ask for the Panasonic Corporate Rate. The two hotels and their rates are listed below:
