[CDS] CDS Subcommittee Meeting Announcement (Jan. 21-25, 2019, Porto Alegre, Brazil)

Hello CDS Professionals!
I hope this letter finds you well.
Please find attached the official announcement for the CDS Subcommittee meeting coming up in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on January 21-25, 2019, at the offices of AEL Sistemas.
I hope you will attend this subcommittee meeting, as it is open to all interested parties.
However, please take note of two important things in the invitation:

  1.  Meeting attendees must RSVP to Ana Cláudia de Almeida Bordignon at her email address (included in the invitation) before January 14, 2019, with their full name, passport number, company name, and if they are renting a car (to allow for a parking

spot) for security and meeting logistics purposes.

  1.  Visas are required for citizens of certain countries to enter Brazil. All attendees are strongly encouraged to check the Brazilian visa policy for their country of citizenship and, if necessary, acquire a Brazilian visa.
