[CDS] October CDS Meeting Location

Brady Buresh has arranged for meeting space at the Collins facility in Melbourne, FL, on October 21-25, 2019.
There will be a formal invitation issued by ARINC in late August or early September with all the pertinent information (directions, security requirements, etc.), but I wanted to give everyone a heads-up so that you can begin to fit this into your schedules and travel plans.
