[CDS] A661 Part 2 Document For Review

The A661 Part 2 document is now on daptive for all to review before the upcoming meeting in Bordeaux, France, on March 9-13.
It is titled "A661 Part 2 Base Document FOR REVIEW.docx".
There are still some parts that are blank, TBD, or otherwise incomplete that will need to be completed soon if this is to be submitted for approval at the next General Session in May.
I have highlighted those parts which I found were blank, TBD, or otherwise incomplete, but I urge you to look over the document for any other errors or omissions there may be.
I look forward to hearing from everyone on the upcoming web meeting on February 26 and to seeing everyone in Bordeaux in March.
