[CDS] First CDS Microsoft Teams Meeting November 4

This will be our first meeting using Microsoft Teams virtual meeting software.
The date and time is November 4 at 10:00 AM Eastern US time.
Please make sure you have Microsoft Teams installed on your system and/or ensure that your corporate IT staff allows it and installs it.
