Hi Scotty, Hi Jean-Pierre,

The team was working on the initial version of the strawman until today and will continue tomorrow just before the call. So unfortunately there was no chance for distribution before the call.
So we would like to use the meeting tomorrow to scan through the document with all participants and collect feedback and questions.
