The AEEC's Cabin Systems Subcommittee (CSS) is working on ARINC Project Paper 854: High-Speed Seat Network Bus.

Attached is the strawman, compiled by Thales with the comments and inputs from the CSS meeting held May 15-17, 2018, in Versailles, France.

Please review and provide feedback as necessary.

The CSS will continue to work this project and it's others at the next meeting, August 14-16, 2018, in Newcastle, Northern Ireland.
