[CSS] Edited APIMs Discussed January 26, 2022

I’d like to start by thanking those that were able to join the teleconference yesterday.  It was a productive meeting that resulted in the betterment of the draft APIMs.  I have attached the resulting next version of the draft APIMs.  Please take a moment to look them over and reach out to me if you have questions or to have your organization included in support of the work described.

If your organization is in support of the work to be done as well as supporting with attendance, please let me know which APIM (811B, 822A, or Securing Non-Safety Communications) by end of day Monday, January 31, 2022.
