[DLK] Data Link Users Forum September 15-16, 2015 Information

Dear DataLinkers,

If you plan on attending the AEEC Data Link Users Forum (DLUF) scheduled for September 15-16, 2015 (and/or the DLUF Airlines only meeting on September 17, 2015), and have not provided Airbus with a scanned copy of your passport and the required security information (see below and attached meeting announcement), it is imperative that you do so immediately.


Anyone registering after Monday, August 31st will not be allowed into the Airbus facility.

Also, if you have not registered for the event with ARINC Industry Activities (IA), please do so at the following site: http://www.aviation-ia.com/events/<http://www.arinc.com/aeec/announcements>.

Per the attached meeting announcement, visitors  must also provide a scanned copy of their passport and the following information to the Point of the Contact Luc Emberger (luc.emberger at airbus.com<mailto:luc.emberger at airbus.org>), and to Françoise Rougeron (francoise.rougeron at airbus.com<mailto:francoise.rougeron at airbus.com>) ASAP:



·         Full Name

·         Citizenship

·         Date of birth

·         Place of birth

·         Company

·         Occupation

·         Title

·         Dates of Attendance at Airbus

·         Number of ID card or passport

·         A scanned, good quality copy of the passport/ID.

Airbus is a secure facility. Meeting attendees must present their passport as identification to obtain a visitor's temporary badge each day in order to access the meeting site. Each morning, the attendees must go to the Jean-Luc Lagardère (Building L38) security gate. There, they will be met by the Point of Contact (Luc Emberger). If Luc Emberger is not there, attendees can proceed directly to the meeting room L63.
