The recently published ELSA Consortium Report, with recommendations to improve VDL Data Link Services performance in Europe, will be reviewed.

The recommendations will be considered, by the DLK Systems Subcommittee, for integration into ARINC Specification 631: VHF Digital Link (VDL) Mode 2 Implementation Provisions
