Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

At the June 2017 joint AEEC DLK Systems Subcommittee/RTCA SC-214 VDLSG/EUROCAE WG-92 meeting at EUROCONTROL in Brussels, it was agreed to have a web conference on September 7th, to continue the “Connectionless VDLM2” discussion.

Attached, please find the latest version of the “connectionless VDLM2 standards impact white paper” modified by Mike Matyas (The Boeing Company) with the meeting results.

NOTE:
I want to schedule another conference call, on either August 28th or 31st, to advance (complete) the development of the mature draft of Supplement 9 to ARINC Specification 620 – Datalink Ground System Standard and Interface Specification (DGSS/IS).

The goal is to submit the mature A620-9 draft for adoption consideration at the 2017 AEEC Mid-Term. In order to accomplish this goal a mature draft must be ready by September 1st.
