…After a quick review of A620 draft 1 sup 9 I have some questions and  suggestions

  1.  I see label AW listed an ATS winds. I also see label AW listed as Interval management message. Which is it?

  2.  Appendix c table does not list label Aw at all?

  3.  I think the note at the bottom of page 91 needs some updating
