At the joint meeting held earlier today, participants expressed the desire to meet again to continue the discussion of VDL evolution and requirements on Tuesday, June 22, starting at 0700PDT, 1000EDT, 1600CET. The joint meeting is scheduled for 5 hours with a 1 hour break. The agenda is being prepared by Luc Emberger, Airbus, and Stephane Pelleschi, Collins.

ICAO, EUROCAE, and RTCA participants are encouraged to attend this meeting. Feel free to forward this invitation to interested parties.

Dear IPS Subcommittee Participant,

ARINC is pleased to send this invitation to the upcoming IPS meeting to be held June 21-23 (Monday-Wednesday) starting at 0700 PST, 1000 EST, 1600 CET. The meeting format will be 2 x 2 hour online sessions held each day. See schedule attached.

The purpose of the meeting is to initiate the development of three documents, pending AEEC Executive Committee approval of APIM 15-004B attached to calling notice.
