Dear AEEC DLK Systems Subcommittee / EUROCAE WG-92 / RTCA SC-214 SG3 members,

In preparation for the next online joint AEEC DLK Systems Subcommittee / EUROCAE WG-92 / RTCA SC-214 SG3 meeting, the attached "orange protocol" white paper has been submitted by Stéphane Pelleschi, Collins Aerospace).
It will be discussed at the November 29th to December 3rd meeting.

The meetings are scheduled to start at 1000 Eastern USA Time/1600 Eastern European Time.
