[Dlk_users] Data Link Users Forum Meeting in Panama / Westin Hotel Reservation Form

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the Data Link Community:



This transmittal serves as a reminder that the AEEC Data Link Users Forum (DLUF) will be held February 3-4, 2015 at the Westin Hotel,  in Panama City, Panama (Attached, please find meeting announcement).



A favorable  rate of $ 150.00 (plus 10% occupancy tax) has been made available for DLUF participants, but the reservation has a January 12, 2015 cutoff date (This group room rate will only be offered  based on hotel availability after January 12th). This group rate is applicable to three (3) days prior and after the meeting dates upon availability.



There has been a change to the "Change, Modify, or Cancel" statement in the SMA. Changes, modifications and cancellations (including anticipated departures and late arrivals) will be permitted until January 26, 2015.



Please make your reservations as soon as possible. See you in Panama!

The Westin Reservation Form is included in the Meeting Announcement (SMA) and, for your convenience, it is also the second attachment to this message.
