Instructions



Airbus visitors must provide a scanned copy of their passport and the following information to the Point of the Contact Luc Emberger (luc.emberger at airbus.com<mailto:luc.emberger at airbus.org>), and to Françoise Rougeron (francoise.rougeron at airbus.com<mailto:francoise.rougeron at airbus.com>) by August 24, 2015:

  *   Full Name
  *   Citizenship
  *   Date of birth
  *   Place of birth
  *   Company
  *   Occupation
  *   Title
  *   Dates of Attendance at Airbus
  *   Number of ID card or passport
  *   A scanned, good quality copy of the passport/ID.

Airbus is a secure facility. Meeting attendees must present their passport as identification to obtain a visitor's temporary badge each day in order to access the meeting site. Each morning, the attendees must go to the Jean-Luc Lagardère (Building L38) security gate. There, they will be met by the Point of Contact (Luc Emberger). If Luc Emberger is not there, attendees can proceed directly to the meeting room L63.

Shuttle Service



Airbus will be providing a shuttle service between downtown and the Airbus facilities at the airport. In the morning, the shuttle will pick up attendees at 7:45 AM in front of the Citiz Hotel (allées Jean-Jaurès) arriving at the Airbus facilities around 8:30 AM. The shuttle will depart the Airbus facilities at 17:30 PM for the return downtown.



ATLYS Technologies Reception



ALTYS Technologies has recently moved to new premises in downtown Toulouse.



ALTYS Technologies is inviting all DLUF participants to an inauguration event at their new location, 7 Avenue Parmentier, scheduled for Tuesday September 15th from 18:00 to 20:00.  For organization purposes, individuals are kindly invited to confirm their presence to Julia.grigel at altys-tech.net<mailto:Julia.grigel at altys-tech.net>.
