Dear Data Comm Experts:

Stephane Pelleschi, EUROCAE WG-92 Chair, has submitted the “VDL Standards Update for DLS-IR Recovery Plan” as requested by the European Commission. The document was modified during the September 28th conference call.

Also attached is the updated ELSA Consortium Recommendation matrix with items that will impact the VDL standards. The matrix has been updated identifying a lead person in the last column, responsible for preparing wording to the affected paragraphs in the standards.
