Dear DLUF Participants,

Tomorrow is the cutoff date for registering for the DLUF meeting and registering for the bus transportation. If you have already completed your IA meeting registration and bus interest, thank you and please disregard this request.

EUROCONTROL is a secure facility. You must notify ARINC Industry Activities (IA) of your intention to attend by registering online at: https://www.aviation-ia.com/events  by September 2, 2022. The ARINC IA registration list will be used by EUROCONTROL to grant access to the meeting rooms in their facility. You must present a valid Passport or government issued identification document upon arrival.

Depending on the interest, EUROCONTROL may arrange for bus transportation between the Centrale Train Station and their facilities. Please notify Vic Nagowski (vnagowski at sae-itc.org) and/or Lori Hess (lorine.hess at sae-itc.org) by September 2, 2022, of your intentions for this Shuttle Bus. The registration and the bus transportation lists will be sent to EUROCONTROL on September 6, 2022. We will confirm the bus service before the meeting based on the interest received.
