</sup>to launch the Hyperconnected Air Traffic Management (HCATM) Subcommittee. The objective of this committee is to enable the use of non-safety broadband connectivity systems and links, complimenting<i>
</i>safety links, to rapidly increase datalink capacity. The Subcommittee will be Co-Chaired by Luc Emberger (Airbus) and Greg Saccone (Boeing). The subcommittee is tasked with developing two Project Papers within two years:<o:p></o:p></p>
