   Thank you for your interest in the EFB Users Forum EXPO.  Attached above is the current layout indicating which exhibit locations have been reserved.  Exhibit location #10 has already been reserved by Lufthansa Systems.  This leaves exhibit locations 6, 9, and 14 remaining as single table booths for both days. Hello All,

The Vienna conference is shaping up to be another great event. Several suppliers have already reserved their exhibit locations, but a great selection is still available. In Vienna, the exhibit areas will be quite extensive, and I would like to clarify a few items that may cause confusion.  The Festsaal Ballroom A, B, C, and D will be utilized for the Forum presentations on Wednesday June 14th and Thursday June 15th. Therefore, exhibitors who choose to locate there (near the buffet) will only be able to exhibit on the first EXPO day, Tuesday June 13th, before the Forum begins.

Those suppliers who wish to exhibit in both the Main EXPO (Tuesday June 13th) and Supplemental EXPO (Wednesday June 14th) must locate in the Palais Sachsen Coburg Ballroom I-III, the adjacent Foyer II, or the Steg area few short steps down the corridor. Those suppliers who locate in these areas will need to exhibit on both days. Conversely, if you only want to exhibit on the first day, the Festsaal Ballroom is where you need to locate your booth.

To facilitate participant movement and provide additional draw in each area:

  *   The buffet will be located in Festsaal Ballroom D (Tuesday June 13th only)
  *   A bar will be located in Palais Sachsen Coburg I (drinks on Tuesday June 13th, and coffee on Wednesday June 14th)
  *   A bar, along with coffee and desserts will be located in Steg (on Tuesday June 13th). This will also be the main coffee and snack serving area Wednesday June 14th and Thursday June 15th for the Forum.
As a reminder, Avionics magazine will feature the Vienna EFB Users Forum in their April/May issue. A ten-page special supplement will be included in the magazine centerfold (print editions) and will reach all of their 27,000 subscribers. Avionics is renowned for providing informative and unbiased coverage of current issues confronting our industry.

The Special Supplement will contain letters from the EFB Leadership Team and the Editor of Avionics, market data, and advertising/advertorial packages. Overrun issues of the Special Supplement will be distributed free of charge in Vienna. Ads can be placed at ½ price for participants in the EXPO. The deadline for ad placement is March 21, 2017.
