Hello All,

Just a quick reminder, the Dubai EFB Users Forum is now just three weeks away. Excitement is building, and the final touches are now being completed. In Dubai, the session topics will be Human Factors, Regulatory, Security and Connectivity, and Operator Experiences. You will hear fresh speakers from airlines and suppliers that have never presented, and it promises to be very informative. Where else can you learn so much, in one place, directly from the experts?

The first day's activities will culminate in the Desert Safari Reception hosted by Microsoft. Everyone is invited, and we hope you will join us. This extraordinary event is the perfect conclusion to the day, and it will be a very memorable experience. You will not want to miss it!


The Dubai EXPO will be exemplary as well. A total of 38 suppliers are now committed to exhibit. Our suppliers will showcase their products in the traditional EXPO on Tuesday, November 3rd from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A standup buffet featuring local favorite foods is also included. In addition, we will hold a supplemental EXPO on the two Forum days, Wednesday November 4th and Thursday November 5th. This will be open during the coffee breaks and lunch hour. Thirty two of the thirty eight traditional EXPO exhibitors have also committed to the supplemental EXPO. Please be sure to stop by to see their latest offerings - you will not be disappointed.

Preregistration will close next Friday, October 23, 2015. Preregistration is easily accomplished in advance on-line, and one registration covers any and all activities at the conference. This is a simple process, but if you do not preregister in advance, you will need to manually register at the door.

Our dedicated room block at the Crowne Plaza sold out, was expanded, and has sold out again. Unfortunately, the special discounted room rate is therefore no longer available. However, there are a limited number of premium rooms available at the somewhat higher rate of AED 775 per night. As with the preferred room block, the rate includes breakfast and hotel-wide WiFi. Please be sure that your visa requirements have been met and your passport is up to date before you travel.  For some nationals, passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the end date of your stay, and visa requirements vary by country of origin.
