Hello All,

   The Singapore EFB Users Forum is just over one week away.  Excitement is building, and the final touches are now being completed.   Preregistration closed on Monday, October 30th.  If you missed the deadline, you can still attend the conference, but you will be required to register on-site.

   Unlike previous events, the Reception including dinner will be held on the first evening, Tuesday November 14th.   This is possible because the first day EXPO will run earlier than normal, starting at noon and ending at 5:00 PM.  Jeppesen is pleased to invite all attendees of AEEC/IATA EFB Users Forum.  This will follow the EXPO, and will be held at the world-renowned Gardens by the Bay.   You will have the opportunity to explore this unique park, take in the eclectic flowering plants, and stroll along the elevated skyway between the Supertrees, all while enjoying spectacular views of Marina Bay and the surrounding skyline.

   There are a few differences from past events, and please take note of these:

  *   Registration and badge pickup for the EFB Users Forum will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 14th at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre in Room 322. Registration will remain open during the EXPO for late arrivals.
  *   After registering, you can proceed to the Jeppesen table to receive your Welcome package for the Reception, hosted later that evening.   The package will include Reception instructions, your access ticket to the Gardens by the Bay, and information regarding coach pickup and drop-off locations and times.   The Gardens are close and you may opt to take the 15-minute walk instead.
  *   Coach transportation will begin at 5:30 PM from the Suntec Convention Centre, and the Reception officially starts at 6:30 PM.   Everyone will gather for the buffet style dinner, which includes beer and wine, at the Flower Hall.
  *   After dinner you will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful gardens, and take in the light show is given twice each night- at 7:45 PM and 8:45 PM.
  *   Coach return trips run from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, or you may return according your own preference.

   This promises to be another memorable event.  It is the perfect way to unwind and discuss the day's activities among colleagues. Everyone is welcome, and we hope you will join us.
