  The EFB Users Forum in Singapore will be held November 14-16, less than one month from now.  It is going to be a fantastic event. We will have many of the top EFB experts, regulators, and suppliers from around the globe, creating endless opportunity to discuss and learn about the latest EFB developments and to expand your network. There are many hotels in the vicinity of the Singapore Suntec Conference Centre. We have late-breaking news about one of them, which may be attractive to you. Our previous room block at the Conrad Hilton sold out, was expanded, and sold out again.  However, they have just added rooms and will accept more reservations.  If you are planning to attend this event but have not yet reserved a room, you may wish to take advantage of the Conrad, but must act quickly.  These rooms are S$360/night, which is approximately $260 US.  Please be advised that if you choose this option, the hotel will charge the full cost of your stay on October 23, 2017- three weeks prior to the event.  Once charged, the fees are non-refundable. The Users Forum begins with an EXPO on Tuesday and everyone is invited. Here you will get hands-on access to the latest EFB solutions including hardware, software, and EFB services from the top EFB suppliers in the world.  A one-of-a kind Reception will be hosted by Jeppesen that evening at the Gardens by the Bay.  On Wednesday and Thursday, you will hear from the experts on Regulatory changes, Security and Connectivity, Certification and Operational Approval, and Operator Experiences.

Preregistration will close on Monday, October 30, 2017.  While walk-up registrations are permitted, it is time consuming.  It is also important to estimate headcount a few weeks in advance, so please register by October 30 if you can. It only takes a few minutes.

Please be sure that your passport is up to date and your visa requirements have been met before you travel.  Passports must be valid for six months or more after your travel dates, and visa requirements vary by country of origin.  Vaccines are required for visitors from certain countries.
