[EFB_Users] AEEC General-Session Coming to you On-Line in May

Hello Friends in Industry,

I hope this mail finds you well.

After consulting with the AEEC Executive Committee, I'm pleased to say the upcoming AEEC General Session will be held as scheduled on May 12 and May 14 as an on-line experience with abbreviated format. Additional information is attached.

Some folks might ask why we would go ahead with the meeting?

  *   Many dedicated individuals are working within the AEEC Subcommittee structure to prepare mature AEEC Project Papers and Supplements ready for AEEC Executive Committee approval
  *   The AEEC has several project requests to consider, and these AEEC activities will take place during 2020 through 2023
  *   The meetings will be a short escape for us all, with a great opportunity to talk about the technical issues of the day
  *   We hope this meeting will bring a little bit of normalcy to your professional life

What to expect:

  *   Two short web conferences, one dedicated to AEEC adoption actions, and one dedicated to new project proposals (APIMs) and AEEC's future work program
  *   Working papers will be available 30-days prior to the meeting
  *   Web conference instructions to be provided soon.
