presentations, and meetings with the FAA advocating a change in policy. Due to their efforts, and many others from this Forum assisting them, the next revision of AC 120-76 will include own-ship position on EFB- a monumental change. The chief architect of
this document at the FAA will be in Singapore to present this revision, expected to be published shortly before our conference. Other regulators from around the globe have taken notice, and several are evaluating similar changes in their regulations as well.
