Virtual Call 7/9/26 Recap of last week's in-person meeting in Zuirch (thanks again to Lufthansa Aviation Training for hosting!) * Jean-Michel (JM) Mentioned the summary he provided of the meeting; Scott to prepare report * Basic eMQTG Process schematic provided by Jamie Fowler (JF) Processes / whiteboard Processes Review * eMQTG Process * (MT) ARINC-1 approved eMQTG to show grandfathered systems in the document? * ( JF) - hopefully the new standard will be able to stand on its own * Configuration control (Top left of Day3pm schematic) * Building blocks to eMQTG outputs * Not too much detail (MT) * Load Update Process (Day 3 whiteboard MeQTG Modification Process) * Lifecycle Change; h/w to eQTG; existing 436-1 flow chart; * major-minor definition to help alleviate some authorities (TBD) * For guidance only - Regulator will ultimately have final say ACTIONS/ Subgroups/Assignments * Scott Lister (SL) - Submission requirements as part of basic eMQTG Process (will reach out to Andy Bell and keith ross(correct name?) from UK) * Statement of compliance template - what should be in there, and relation with QMS/CMS (Andrea Amaricci (AA) brought up) * QMS is operator dependent and doesn't really belong in a QTG document; it's another level (AA) * Purpose - Jamie (operators assist) * SL - paragraph to discuss eMQTG outputs and will send to Michael Tenant (MT) and JM for review Other notes: * In general, Can't be too restrictive (MT/SL) or we'll be stuck similar to current 436 * Review ARINC 448 during process (SC to add to references folder - DONE) If anyone doesn't have access to the sharepoint site, please do let me know.
