Please find the review forms attached.

A few instructions are as follows:

The first tab contains the plan.  The main thing to take note of is your reviewer code (e.g. AUT, R1, R2, ...).  Sometimes the Author will place some useful notes (but not in this case as I did the review forms :)).  Finally, I added the names of airframers and suppliers present at the meeting in December.  I was less sure about airline participation, so I did not add any names.  If anyone does not see their company/name on the list but would like to provide review comments, please select one of the available reviewer codes.  All comments and participants are welcome. One last point - I hope that we can have one reviewer code per company and the focal for the company can consolidate any comments from other reviewers within the company.  However, if that causes a problem for someone, let's talk.  It's negotiable.

The second tab is where you place your review comments.  Select your reviewer code from the drop-down.  Do not worry about the experience or check time (we're not taking metrics here).  The Issue ID is the page number.  The IDX can be found on the last tab.  There is typically only one document being reviewed per review form.  In this case, you can fill in 1 or omit.  If multiple documents exist, please be sure to specify the document IDX.  Obviously the Issue Description is where you put your comment/issue and is the most important.

The third tab can be ignored.

Subject: ARINC 702 F2F Meeting in March

Paul,

GE can host the meeting in Grand Rapids on March 29 - 31.  I reserved the conference rooms today.  This will allow Randy Walter to attend the entire time and will also work better for Sam Miller based on a recent discussion.

Please recommend the next step(s) in terms of finalizing the change of date and venue and notification of the rest of the group.  I can provide some directions to the facility and some recommendations on hotels and what not.  Let me know if you want those in advance of sending out the change notice.
