Subject: Invitation Letters--Chinese Visa

Hello FSEMC Steering Committee:

In preparation for the upcoming Steering Committee this winter in Beijing, a Chinese Visa will be required, by the vast majority of the steering committee. Airbus China will be providing the invitation letter, so that you can submit them to obtain your Chinese visa.

The following information is required for the invitation Letters:

  *   Full Name
  *   Copy of Passport
  *   Duration of Stay
  *   Company Name

Eric has requested that I gather this information and send it to him. Please send me the above information by 14 November 2018 (Wednesday).  If you already have multiple entry Chinese visa, let me know so that I can mark you off.
