aviation aircraft. FlightSafety and TRU will combine some assets and capabilities into this JV, but it is not a complete merger. FlightSafety and TRU will continue to operate outside of the JV as individual organizations on products beyond the Textron lines.
In the JV, TRU will serve as the exclusive supplier of new Textron Aviation simulators. TRU and FlightSafety will both continue our other operations, including the design and manufacture of training simulators providing training solutionsfo the global aviation
industry and government/military customers. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

as such, has relinquished their position on the steering committee. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

having a physical presence in that region, I offer for your consideration the appointment of ACCEL Flight Simulation, Tianjin, China to the position vacated by Boeing. In a short period of time, ACCEL has become a member, presenter and strong supporter of
FSEMC, and their influence in the region and with the CAAC, I believe, will be of great benefit to our organization. ACCEL would be represented on the steering committee by Dr. Ding Yuanyuan (aka Martin).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
