[Fsemc] FSEMC Hotel Cut-off Date is 14 August 2014

FSEMC Participants:

Do not delay in making your hotel reservations!!!  The FSEMC room reservation block is open until August 14, 2014.  After that date, the FSEMC rate will be based on space availability.  I was recently advised that the dates three days before and after the FSEMC conference are almost completely full.  Please do not delay in making your hotel reservation.
