[FSEMC] FSEMC Adoption of ARINC Project Paper 446

Good day all,

At the 2015 FSEMC Conference, the FSEMC Steering Committee directed the ARINC IA staff to resolve all comments from industry regarding ARINC Project Paper 446: Guidance for Flight Training Device Documentation Structure, Content, and Maintenance.

The attached is the mature document, prefaced by the late comments and resolution from industry consensus.
This draft is the mature document, and is what will become an FSEMC-developed ARINC Standard if adopted.
If you have major technical concerns, please notify me ASAP.

Please review in preparation for an E-MAIL BALLOT.
Deadline for review:  December 4, 2015
An email ballot for adoption will follow on December 7, 2015.  Conclusion of email voting will be on December 11, 2015.
