The 2018 FSEMC is taking place in Irving, Texas hosted by RSi, September 17-20, 2018!

The following are important dates that you need to be cognizant of:


  *   If you are interested in reserving Exhibits and Sponsoring Activities please contact Vanessa Mastros (Vanessa.Mastros at sae-itc.org<mailto:Vanessa.Mastros at sae-itc.org>) by August 17, 2018
  *   The hotel reservation cut-off date is August 24, 2018.  The link to the Omni Mandalay Hotel reservation page can be found on the FSEMC main page under the travel Tab: https://www.aviation-ia.com/conferences/fsemc-improving-flight-simulator-engineering-and-maintenance Please make your hotel reservation now.
  *   If you not signed up any of the Spouse/Guest tour or the Wednesday Night Reception, please do so.

Please download a copy of the FSEMC Program and review the Discussion Items in preparation for the conference. Additionally, if you have not signed up for the  tours please do.
