[FSEMC] FSEMC Discussion Item Call Extended to July 12th. Make Hotel Reservation Now!

Hello All,

Excitement is building and 24th  FSEMC Conference and  is now just weeks away. FSEMC Discussion Items are due today July 9th .  However, I have received several request to extend the time, so please submit your Discussion Items by July 12th prior to 1100 hours east coast time. You can submit your Discussion Items on line or send them directly to Sam Buckwalter using the attached Word document.

Hotel

The link to the Omni Mandalay Hotel reservation page can be found on the FSEMC main page https://www.aviation-ia.com/conferences/fsemc-improving-flight-simulator-engineering-and-maintenance  The FSEMC room reservation block is open until August 27, 2018.  After that date, the FSEMC rate will be based on space availability.  The hotel is quickly filling up, so please do not delay in making your hotel reservation.

RSI has arranged for some exciting activities in Dallas. Tuesday, September 18th there will be a tour of 6th Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza and then lunch for some local favorite southern cuisine.  After lunch then head over to the Bishop Arts district.  On Wednesday, September 19th, will head to the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum and then for lunch going to Campisi for authentic Italian fare.  After lunch tour through one of the houses in the Wilson Block Historic District.

Wednesday Night RSI Wild West Reception

On Wednesday night RSI will be hosting a Wild West Reception from 5:30 to 9:30pm.  Transportation will be provided.
