[FSEMC] FSEMC Important Dates and Registration

The 2019 FSEMC is taking place in Utrecht, Netherlands October 21-24, 2019!

The following are important information that you need to be cognizant of:

The online registration closes 6 October 2019.  After that date, you will have to register at the conference.

  *   The Van der Valk Hotel Utrecht is sold out.  The following are alternate hotel options:

     *   Bastion Hotel Utrecht
        *   Located within walking distance (700 meters/800 yards) of the Van der Valk Hotel Utrecht.
        *   Rate: Approximately € 80,00.
     *   Downtown Utrecht
        *   There are a number of hotels to choose from in Downtown Utrecht.
        *   Located 8 minutes by tram from the Van der Valk Hotel Utrecht. From the downtown train station, take tram line 60 or 61 five stops to the hotel.
  *   Spouse Program—If you have not registered your significant other, please register them here: https://www.aviation-ia.com/form/2019-fsemc-guest-program-registraton
  *   Conference Events—There are three excellent programs set up for the evening—thank you to our event sponsors!
