[Gps_Xls] Proposal to update ARINC 743 and ARINC 755 GNSS Standards

Dear GNSS Specialist:

As a result of today's web conference, the ARINC staff is pleased to circulate the latest version of APIM 16-013. This APIM proposes updates to several ARINC Standards between October 2016 and October 2017.

Comments may be sent to my attention before August 26, 2016. This APIM 16-013 will be presented to the AEEC Executive Committee in October.
