[Gps_Xls] AEEC AGCS GNSS Working Group WebEx meeting invitation - August 23rd

Dear GNSS Experts,

In preparation for the August 23rd AEEC GNSS Working Group web conference, I am distributing this transmittal to remind all that we plan on submitting mature drafts of ARINC Characteristic 743A-6, ARINC Characteristic 743B-1, ARINC Project Paper 743C and ARINC Characteristic 755-6 for Adoption Consideration at the 2017 AEEC Mid-Term Session. In order to meet this goal, the mature drafts must be completed by August 31st, 2017.

We need your comments/inputs ASAP !

Attached please find:

·        Updated GNSS Working Group Action items

·        ARINC 743 Issues (by John Savoy, Honeywell)

·        ARINC 743 PRF Matrix (by Julien Sanscartier, CMC Électronique)

The ARINC 743B D2S6 strawman has been revised to include:

·        Updates from today’s conference call

·        John Savoy (Honeywell) proposed changes

·        Some of the items from ARINC 743 Issues matrix

Equivalent updates will soon be implemented to:

·        The Strawman for Draft 2 of Supplement 6 to ARINC 743A – GNSS Sensor

·        The Strawman for Draft 2 of ARINC Project Paper 743C – GNSS with VHF Data Broadcast (VDB) Receiver

·        The Strawman for Draft 2 of Supplement 5 to ARINC 755 – Multi Mode Receiver (MMR)

The August 23rd AEEC GNSS Subcommittee WebEx invitation is at the end of this email transmittal.

We need your comments ASAP !

Please review the A743A-6, A743B-1, Project Paper 743C and A755-5 strawmen and be prepared for their discussion during the August 23rd GNSS Web Conference. We are very close!
