Dear Internet Protocol Suite (IPS) meeting participant:

In the wake of the terrorist attacks in Brussels on March 22, and in light of the upcoming ARINC meetings announced to take place in Brussels, we are conducting a simple poll to determine your preference to either 1) stay the course or 2) move the IPS meeting to London. Should the IPS Subcommittee prefer to change location, Boeing has offered meeting space at their office in central London, located at 25 Victoria Street.

Option 1) Stay the course (June 28-30 at Eurocontrol, Brussels)

Option 2) Move the meeting location (June 28-30 at Boeing offices, London)

Please respond to this poll only if you plan to attend the IPS Subcommittee meeting in person. Your response by April 8 is greatly appreciated.

Thanks and best regards,
Paul
